I’m completely satisfied with my purchase of this chair. Teleworking is rough when you are sitting all day and my selection of this chair is very positive. The recliner mechanism is perfect for lower back support.

Returned the 1st one assumed it was machined poorly. The second one went together and has lasted about a month. Now the chair sits and wobbles on the hydraulic post. Absolute garbage. AVOID
After owning and using this chair for nearly a year I can't say that I would recommend this chair to anyone. The only reason I leave 2 stars instead of 1 is for the customer service for replacing the seat and seat base as the chair had a slight lean to the right. The plastic and mesh are of passable quality the metal of the seat base is poor quality and easily deforms. The chair is overall uncomfortable. The padding at the front of the seat cuts off circulation it also sits too far forwards so you often end up sitting on the plastic at the back of the seat-pan. The lumbar support is too low and tends to fall even lower as it fails to maintain position. The armrests are decent although a bit too far apart. Go with the Hyken if you must have a cheap chair from this company. I wish I had went that route. I'll probably be looking for something by Steelcase after this.
