Poorly made.

It was fine on day one. Within a few weeks though the plastic bushings in the back tilt mechanism wore out and the chair developed a horrible squeak and a permanent backward lean. It is a design flaw. It will not be apparent when you buy the chair but it will quickly wear out and develop this issue.

This chair has me sitting down quite comfortably as I'm working from home! Because it's so comfortable I don't mind sitting in front of the computer for long periods of time. This chair rivals much more expensive chairs which I've tried! I sometimes look for work to do so I can sit in my new chair. Crazy! I obviously HIGHLY RECOMMEND this chair!
