The chair has four adjustments which allow for personalization. It was pretty easy to assemble although a metric socket set makes it much faster than managing with the purpose-built Allen wrench.

All mesh chairs are the best. This one is better than the $400+ ones at the office. You do not feel the chair frame around your legs or hips. Back support is perfect. Thought about leaving the headrest off but it's actually really comfortable and doesn't get in the way.
