Only a few steps in assembly were more difficult than they ought to be (suggest adding back to seat before arms or base). There is very limited adjustability and the lumbar support keeps slipping down. But it rolls and operates smoothly.
High point of this chairs is the breathable but supportive mesh material. As I am short I was a little worried about the neck support pushing my head forward but that has not turned out to be a problem and also it is not difficult to take it off if necessary. As mentioned my legs are little shorter than average and sometimes I do have to lean in a little bit to put feet comfortably on the floor and type on the computer. So I am sitting without much back support a lot of the time but again hasn't been a big issue.
Love my new chair. It is very comfortable. Love that I can tilt it back. Only thing I find is that the headrest is too high for me to use even though I have it as low as it will go.
I love the mesh on this chair and I can sit comfortably for hours without getting hot or in pain. I like that the armrest is adjustable up to 4 settings. The headrest is a bonus too. The only thing I wish this chair could have done better is the tilt lock. Even with the tilt lock enabled I would lean back and the back would tilt back just slightly. If it would lock in place at a 90-100 degree angle that would be perfect. Otherwise for $150 this chair is very much worth it.
I've owned many office chairs in my life and while I may not be able to discern certain subtleties I can say for certain that a mesh chair is a far better choice than a solid vinyl/leather one in my estimation. This particular unit is comfortable and offer all the adjustments I nee for my uses. I've owned many office chairs in my lifetime an this one is far and away at the top of the list for comfort.
Chair is quite comfortable. Headrest is too high though which is the only reason I’m not rating it a 5 star. I’m average height (5’6”) so I would think the headrest would land somewhere other than the top of my head.
