Like the Lumbar Support - Very comfortable. Head rest doesn't work for me in order to keep my feet on the floor. Other User is taller and the head rest is fine at that level. Most pleased with the service provided by the workers at Staples.

After 4 months of normal WFH the gas lift started to malfunction. I called the manufacture and the gas lift is on backorder for 4-6 weeks. Not sure if this chair is worth keeping.

Chair seems to be well made but really not that comfortable and the headrest is worthless unless you are reclining back in the chair.
