This is a great chair at a great price that holds up well against other mesh chairs that cost much more. Unfortunately the headrest sticks so far forward that most people will find the chair ultimately unusable. While the headrest can adjust vertically and can tilt slightly it can't be moved forward or back horizontally. Removing the headrest reveals a sharp edged top to the back...so that solution doesnt help.

Purchased this Task chair w/ reasonable price and very comfortable. I was satisfied with this one; however I found out one problem after one week. While most chairs have chair 3 controls to adjust this one has only 2 vertical up & down and back angle. (I observed this when I purchased this no problem) The angle of the end seat slowly unnoticeably was down sloping- ending myself sliding down. There's no SEAT ANGLE control to up & down. I'd tried everything to adjust & fix this issue. Unfortunately I failed.

My husband recently bought me this chair for my home office and it has made a huge difference. It's very comfortable and I'm no longer experiencing any back pain. I definitely recommend this chair for someone that has to sit for long periods of time because it's supportive and made to last.
