I love the chair - good back support and head and neck support as well. I'm short so I still have to use a footstool but much more comfortable than my previous chair.
Bought this chair 8 months ago and used it as a chair for a desktop. I'm not a big person only weigh about 160 pounds and the chair is rated 275 LB 5-10 hour workday typical use of my computer is at most 7 hours typical is 5. Over time the bottom mesh started to stretch out and then eventually I've noticed tears on the left side of the bottom mesh. Not even a year of usage on the chair and it's already broken. But overall the build quality is decent super heavy-duty plastic. But the mesh quality just brings the entire product down. Now I am basically just sitting on the bare-bones plastic.
The chair is good. It could be great. I have rheumatoid and back issues so long day comfort is important to me. The one thing that is a miss is the lumbar. There is too big of a gap where the back of the seat turns down and the lumbar meets. There is a void. If the lumbar pushed forward more it would fill. As it is I have a strap on lumbar I'll use. For the rest of the chair it's very easy to assemble. My wife used it an entire workday and liked it. I also used an 8 hour workday and found it pretty comfy for a lower priced chair. I have a 1000.00 priced chair at work (company lol not mine) and it's very comparable. The differences are that company chair adjusts about everywhere and this one only the essentials.
Everything seems to do what it's advertised as. I wish the armrests would be a couple of inches longer so easier to grab onto when starting to sit down.
Greetings this was a very smooth process: A) we received prompt service when first visited the store in Enfield CT B) ordered the chair later that day C) spoke with David on the day of the delivery to store (we changed our mind on having it installed in the store - David provided great service) and D) picked up the chair in the box - the lady processed the refund for installation fee and she brought it to the car on curbside. I installed the chair at home - it works as we saw in the store. I'd recommend the product and the Enfield Staples to anyone who is in the market for similar product / service.
I love the mesh on the back and bottom I apparently produce a lot of heat while sitting in the old style office chairs. Love all the cushioning but I get hot and uncomfortable rather quickly. This type of chair lets me breathe and stay cool. The mesh is supportive in the seat as well I'm comfortable thats all that matters for me.
