Chair is very comfortable at my height (5'10"). Lumbar is in just the right position and the head rest is comfortable. The arms however are made out of a strange composite material where they connect to the chair and too much weight or pressure on them causes them to break off and they are very hard to glue back together due to the nature of the strange material.

Very happy with the purchase. Easy to assemble and to adjust. Very comfortable so far. I am about 5’8” and the armrests are at the lowest level. So may not be ideal for people who are shorter. But good for me. I considered less expensive versions but the faux leather one I had previously was falling apart after about 4 years. So I am hoping this one holds up longer. Seems likely.

Definitely having no regrets about purchasing this chair. It has good lower back support and the headrest is very comfortable. I'm 5'10" and I think it would be a good choice for people from 5'8" to 6'3". I bought it specifically for the mesh seat and back which keeps me cool while working from home for 9 to 12-hour days. I can feel the air flow from a fan I keep behind it and I stay cool throughout the day. I'm also a larger person (255 lbs.) and the chair has no trouble supporting my weight. I bought the warranty plan because mesh seats are more easily damaged and don't typically last as long as traditional materials. However I would rather be comfortable than have a chair that would last longer but be uncomfortably hot from day to day.

This is by far the most comfortable and adjustable office chair I have used. I love the adjustable head rest and arm rests. The FlexFit mesh is great as it provides good support and is comfortable.

I am 130 lb 5' 2" and this is way too wide and doesn't go down as low as I thought head rest seems to protrude out may be a personal preference but I don't know how anyone would rest their head that far forward
