High point of this chairs is the breathable but supportive mesh material. As I am short I was a little worried about the neck support pushing my head forward but that has not turned out to be a problem and also it is not difficult to take it off if necessary. As mentioned my legs are little shorter than average and sometimes I do have to lean in a little bit to put feet comfortably on the floor and type on the computer. So I am sitting without much back support a lot of the time but again hasn't been a big issue.

I sat in every chair in the store and chose this Dexley because of the high back head rest and lower back support. I'm 6'-6" tall so needed a chair that would be comfy and provide support. I love this chair and am very pleased with the purchase. It was very easy to assemble and is very well made...sturdy and firm. I highly recommend it!

Lumbar support doesn’t move low enough for short people headrest is useless. Overall not a good chair.
