I’ve had my chair for just short of a month. It was easy to assemble and works great. One of the things that surprised me was how quiet the chair is when moving around or turning. It makes very little sound. I love the options the chair provides for the back. I can make it rock and choose an easy rock or very hard rock or lock it so it doesn’t rock at all. The armrest has several height adjustments. The headrest is very comfortable. No issues so far and I would recommend it.
