This is a nice chair I like the fee of it. over all I'd love a locking feature that puts chair upright and personally I like one foot under my leg at times and it is not comfortable for that but so far the construction and arms adjustments/height and back feel great. Plus I do like the head rest and the way it looks. If it hold up a few years I could see going 4.5 to 5 stars.
We love our new chair. Instead of a heavy bulky chair that makes you too warm In sultry weather this one is a breath of fresh air. Comfy compact just right!
I have chronic sciatica and was looking for a comfortable mesh type chair that supports my back/lumbar area. I’ve now been using this chair daily for the last couple weeks and it has been great! Easy to assemble plenty of adjustments available and comfortable with the mesh seat and backing never overheating. Highly recommend!
Was looking to outfit my home office with something similar to my "regular" office and this does the trick. Not quite as many adjustments as some but the seat and backrest are comfortable and suit my needs. Easy to assemble too. Took about 20 min.
Half of this chair is really comfortable...the rest not so much.

I purchased this chair about five hours ago. I can tell already that I'll be returning it tomorrow. The mesh seat is quite comfy. However the lumbar isn't so much of a support as it is a barrier to sitting back comfortably in the chair. There was also an odd issue with attaching the back. There are holes for 5 bolts yet they only supply 3 bolts. The armrests are padded well but for me they didn't quite reach far enough back to be comfortable when reclining. They became more of a wrist rest. After sitting in it for a short amount of time my hips ache and it feels like my tailbone is being jammed. Again this is due to the lumbar pushing me forward more than it is the seat itself. When I get off the lumbar the seat is very comfortable. However as someone with back issues I need the support so this chair didn't work for me. I won't discount any positive reviews as everyone has a different view of comfortable. If you're 5'10" the headrest also hits awkwardly but not nearly as awkwardly as the Hekken I sat on in the store. That one flat out hit me in the shoulder blades and that was the end of my intention of purchasing it which is how I wound up with this chair instead. Again the seat itself is comfy and the armrest is nicely padded it's just everything else that wasn't to my liking.
The chair is comfortable enough but there is a problem in that the headrest is sitting too far forward and is not aligning the body & head in a smooth line. Also the chair does not pivot back in a more relaxed position to change up from sitting at a 90 degree angle to use the keyboard and then to pivot back with the headrest to view videos & read text. I don't know if this is a design flaw or if the chair was not put together properly . I will be contacting my Staples store this morning to see if they can adjust the headrest or have the chair exchanged for a better one.
