The instructions were very easy to follow and the chair so far has been great! I bought it to help with back pain that was happening from my extremely old chair and pain has significantly decreased! Yay!

Chair is as advertised had no issues installing other than I really had to tighten it so it had some stability. I did switch out the wheels for the rollerblade kind for a nice smooth roll.

Paid for Staples to assemble the chair which was done properly; however when I picked up the chair there was no information provided on the chair as Staples staff threw the information away with the box. Customers need to know the various parts of this chair in order to adjust.
