This chair made creaking sound right from the start for some reason I chose not to return. I've used this chair for about 2 years now and hydraulic cylinder has gone bad - the chair lowers automatically and occasionally (several times a day) I have to bring it back up to the desired level. The exterior and mesh has kept up well and there's no wear damage on exterior. Overall I would not recommend this chair.

DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR. Completely regret this purchase. Unfortunately missed the return window. Got it together OK not overly complicated. But the chair is NOT comfortable at all. The seat design is not made for any sort of prolonged sitting. My butt hurts after 30 minutes. The mesh is also itchy. At the moment I'm using a seat cushion until I find a chair I want. The head rest makes no sense the way it's designed you have to tilt your head back super far to lean on it. So it's basically just for show and to make the chair look fancier. Not functional at all. Would have been better off with a $20 padding folding chair from Costco!

Very uneven mesh tension results in pressure points on the legs. Lumbar depth is not adjustable and pretty aggressive. Headrest didn't work for me either. Might be ok for an hour but not longer.

Great Chair no faults just wishes. I wish I would have purchased the next level up that allowed me to lock the tilt in multiple positions instead of the back free tilting. However this is a great friggen chair! Pros: - Manually adjustable seat tilt tension - Adjustable lumbar support - Comfortable head rest - Naturally tilts backwards when the back in unlocked don't have to prop my legs up to stay reclined. Cons: - Should bought the next level up that allows you to lock the recline in multiple positions. Helps because I have multiple wall mounted monitors and need a slightly backwards angle to keep from looking upwards. The solution is to loosen the seat tilt tension which allows a slightly backward lean in the upright locked position.

I tried several chairs in the store before selecting this one. It arrived on time and I live in a state with no Staples so that was great. It was very comfortable and allows for some simple adjustments. Set up was pretty easy. I’ve put together several pieces by myself and this one took maybe 30 mins (10 of that was looking for the headrest screws that I dropped). I’ve only had it a couple of weeks so we’ll see how the mesh holds up but I’m still happy with my purchase. Headrest adjustments seems a little limited (height only?) which isn’t always optimal but it works for me.
