Bought this for my wife who is petite size (5" skinny). Initially I was a bit concerned since many reviews said that this chair is better for the big and tall people. But It turned out that it can be adjusted to fit her quite well. I just set it up to the smallest configuration possible and it fits her well. The headrest is exactly where it should be with her sitting down. She was sitting on a kitchen chair before and had complained about developing back pain. This chair is so much more comfortable for a long period of sitting down.
