We have only been using this chair for about 2 weeks but it is already so creamy we are thinking about returning it. Our weight is normal and the chairs seems not to be able to handle the 140 ponds. Very disappointing.
The Dexley Mask chair was very easy to put together. It is comfortable. Since I am working from home and sitting in the chair for about 81/2 hours I need a chair that gives back support. The extra head support was a great addition. I would recommend the chair.
Corrects my posture so much compared to my traditional leather office chair. Took a day or two getting adjusted to it but I love that I don’t get hot anymore and its lumbar support.
So far enjoying this chair as a replacement for a Tempur-Pedic Staples office chair which was 7+ years old. The Dexley seems well made is comfortable and has the lumber support/rigidity I was looking for to allow for all-day usage (which was the main problem with older chair). Bought during Thanksgiving sale and am quite happy so far with the purchase (although only been 3 weeks).

Realized it was broken AFTER assembling it

Took abt 30 mins to unpack and assemble. Only problem is that the back cover part was broken. I thought it was loose and just needed to be snapped into place but nope. It was broken in a few places. Customer service was willing to process a replacement or an adjustment. The idea of disassembling packing returning unpacking and reassembling (and hoping nothing is broken) didn't seem like fun. So I went with the price adjustment. I'll try to glue the broken piece back in place. If it doesn't hold then I'll live with the industrial look. Apart from that the chair is comfortable and feels sturdy.
