I am glued to my desk from 8 am to 3 am. And developed pain on my right rotating cup for constant use of mouse and not having your arm rested evenly between the chair and desk. After using this chair for a week I noticed a relieved on my shoulder because I can now lay my arm on the arm rest that is adjustable to the height of my desk. No more constained muscle and the circulation of my legs are better.
