Liked the look and feel of the chair. Easy to assemble (took 30mins and an Allen wrench) our 8yr old was excited to help his Dad. Still needs to be tested for durability and strength. It is very comfortable. Had a coupon for online purchase. The representative at the store said we could purchase online while at the store and can walk out with the item since it was available. Thanks for helping us out!

These are a popular chair here in our office as everyone has one and love them. We did have the hydraulics go out on the newest one I suppose it was made during covid. But Staples quickly replaced it.

Cylinder started leaking oil after 30 days moderate \less use and do not hold the height. I have received the replacement cylinder but it does also have same problem.
