I was able to put it together easily and it works well. The only problem was I could not for at least a week put the headrest on. I called support and they were going to send me another headrest. However I first screwed in the screws for the headrest most of the way removed them and then by laying the chair top on a bed was able to put the headrest on. Very good.

This chair has firm back support and seating because of the mesh. My back doesn't hurt nearly as much as with padded chairs. I left the arms off so they wouldn't run into the work station top. Had a similar chair years ago. Really glad to have found this one.

The Flex-Fit Dexley Chair was a good buy. Found it to be reasonable priced and the features (all adjustable) lumbar pad head rest arm rest and seating height made it so you could adjust and place any or all of these in the position to fit your comfort level needs. The mesh fabric back and seat does is comfortable and does not build up heat when sitting for long periods of time like other chair products. Would recommend this chair for personal and or for office use.
