The chair is fine and very comfortable. The assembly at the store was four days late and a very poor job. The chair was loose and wobbly with NO screws tightened. The tech who promised to assemble the chair "himself" in fact did not and didnt take responsibility when questioned about it. He didn't seem to know that the chair was even at the store. I called Thursday on the due date to discover the chair was in store but not assembled as promised. It took four days and another phone call to find out it was hastily put together and not fit for release. Piss poor job indeed.

Well made. But headrest height is not adjustable and is not high enough. And arms don't lower to be as low as we'd like.
