The chair is significantly lower that my other office chairs placing my handle too low to comfortably type. The web seat sags to the point that it presses against the sides of my legs in an uncomfortable way. I am trying to decide whether to pack it back up and return it to Staples.

This chair is very comfortable and its assembly waas also relatively easy because it came with detailed directions. I highly recommen it.

The chair is not very comfortable. There are large plastic lugs where the arms attach and the mesh stretches down so that your rear-end rests on them a little bit. After a few hours it is uncomfortable. The lumbar support is too aggressive in any position. I considered removing the lumbar support and grinding off the chair lugs but that seems like a lot of effort. The chair is getting returned. The chair seems to be of pretty good quality and assembly was easy. It's just not comfortable.

Definitely worth the price. I have had many chairs and this one is the most comfortable so far. Adjustable arms recline feature along with the breathable fabric make this my Best Chair yet.
