I like this chair and I would buy it again. It is the best I've found in this price range and I'm happy with it. I can sit in it all day for work without issue. Like most mesh chairs it takes a week in the garage to stop stinking like plastic. Compared to cheaper chairs it is comfortable and it encourages me to have great posture. The neck rest adjusts high enough the height goes low enough for my feet. It fits me better. The seat is wide enough I can sit like guys like to sit. It doesn't squeak. Compared to more expensive chairs (like Herman Miller) there are not as many adjustments and is less comfortable. My nitpicks: The arm rests don't pivot out of the way and there is no adjustment for the width. My elbows stick out like chicken wings when I use them. The lumbar support is stiffer than I prefer. I got used to it. To adjust how far away the back is from the seat I need the allen wrench. Once it is where I like it I likely won't need to adjust it though.
Searched long and far for a decent work chair. This one is great since it's mesh very adjustable of course comfortable with the lumbar and head rest. Only reason not to give 5 stars is I would have like it to have the arms go down further and the seat adjustable horizontally. Other than that it's the best one out there.
I'm still bothered that my previous chair Staples "Montbrook" only lasted three years and when I brought it into the store to show the manager there was apparently nothing that could be offered in terms of a reduction of price for the new chair I had to purchase. The interior cushion on the Montbrook had deteriorated to a point that there was very little cushioning left. This chair should have lasted more than three years.
Once I got the chair home put it together and sat in it I found that it did not fit my body the way it seemed to in the store. Sat in it for the entire day and into the evening and my back was so not happy that night and next day Every chair is different and every body is different so that is just the way it is and a learning experience.
