Purchased this chair for office use and while it is a great value for the price if you are looking for back support this is not the chair for you. There is not a feature that completely locks the back for secure support which allows the back of the chair to rock when you lean back. It also does not have the ability to raise and lower the back for different height adjustments to allow the lumbar support to meet the correct level in your back. The mesh is very comfortable and keeps you cool when sitting for long periods of time.

I weight only 150 lbs. and after shy of one month the edge of the mesh seat is starting to pull out of it's seams. Given that I only even use it about half the time anyways as I have a standing desk this is honestly ridiculous. I went to contact customer support for Union & Scale and they aren't open on the weekends. We'll see if they resolve it later I guess.

I had to return this chair because the seat is uncomfortable. For some reason it’s designed so the back of the seat is curved down quite a bit (whose body is shaped like that??) so it puts most of the pressure on the legs. I tried to get used to it but after a few days I just felt sore and didn’t look forward to sitting on it. The seat felt good when sitting a few inches forward but then I couldn't use the backrest and the backrest/seat position isn’t adjustable. It’s a shame because otherwise this chair is great

Easy to assemble comfortable office chair. I will say that if you are short this may not be the chair for you. Really like the adjustable lumbar support.
