If you have any back issue look elsewhere. If you ever want to return a chair to Staples - good luck with that. You have to take it all apart and put it back in the box then wait up to 5 days for the currier then up to another 5 days for the credit.

This chair doesn't sit straight with the tilt lock in place and the tilt tension tightened there's so much play in the tilt lock you lean back too far. Chair is 6 months old and the lift cylinder creeps down during the day.
