I loved the chair until it systematically started to fall apart. It started with the back support adjustment breaking. It now reclines 100% of the time. Now the base of the chair broke and it is no longer usable. It had been very disappointing.

Easy assembly. Comfortable. The mesh’s extra ventilation plus the adjustable lumbar support and neck rest combine for a very comfortable chair. Today’s work-from-home Zoom-centric world found my back demanding a better chair for those hours at my second desk. My back thanks me now. Great price for the features plus a 7-yr warranty.

This is the most awesome chair that money can buy.... lower lumbar support adjustable seat height and arms with a supportive head rest. I work 10 hours a day in this chair and I will attest that it is extremely ergonomic. Sat my butt in may chairs in Staples and this is the keeper !!!
