The Head rest hook up is a joke. Keeps coming apart. Bad engineering. Bolts do not go into anything.

I have had the chair for about two weeks and I'm completely satisfied with it. It is comfortable but not the type you'd sink in and relax and become sleepy on. It's a chair for work easy to clean and that can help you maintain good posture. My only complaint is that I would have preferred an option to take the arms off but this is a minor issue.

This Chair is definitely under priced but hey that's good for those who doesn't wants to spend over $500 dollars for a chair that doesn't lives up to the price but this Staples Dexley Mesh chair does live up to the price and beyond its price. Once I tried it out at Staples I said; now this is the one! Great chair for a low price.

This is the second time I've bought the exact chair. It just works for me so well. The first one finally gave way by cracking on the base and the hydraulics fell thru to the floor preventing it from ever rolling again. I opted for a new one after looking at other office chairs but this one still stood out to me as a best fit for my wide bottom!
