This chair is very comfortable and I'd say very comparable to the HON Ignition 2 chair. The backrest leans back while the seat remains flat. The arms are very comfortable as well. I've never been a headrest person but the headrest is nice when leaning back in the chair. It's adjustable too. I'm very pleased with this chair. The assembly is very clear and was a breeze. The chair is a little heavy though which I like. I really don't have a con with this chair. A month in and so far so great!

Cheap Plastic Wheel frame

Wheel frame broke and now the chair dragged on the carpet and destroyed the carpet. Cheap make.
