The Product: Assembly required no tools other than the Allen wrench enclosed in the package. Instructions for assembly were clear and well-written. Packaging of the attaching hardware was brilliant--having a compartment of hardware for each assembly step. The graphics were a little hard to read but essentially not a show stopper. The chair is comfortable and easily adjusted to my needs. The wheels are a little on the cheaply-built side but still allow me to move while seated. Overall a good experience! I will probably buy another product like this from this manufacturer based on my experience with this one. This item is quite expensive but it is constructed of material of type and quality which this home/office desk chair's standard functionality is ideal for excessive use. In the winter months I can work in warm clothing without sweating or overheating and in the summer months the chair's seat and back (even head rest) mesh design allows for sufficient airflow that keeps the seated occupant cool. It has a nice and professional appearance and is very easy to clean too. Finally these types of mesh chairs also do not trap body sweat in the seat and back panel areas—thank goodness. Overall I love it! This is by far the best office chair I have ever own sine 2007.
