Chair needs to be assembled (unless you want to pay for assembly) but the process is pretty easy. No special tools required -- allen wrench provided. Probably want to have an extra pair of hands to help hold things. Everything fit great. Comfortable chair to sit in. No issues or complaints.

Headrest is wide and firm Seat is also wide and comfortable nice padding at the edge Armrest width can be adjusted during assembly -- I went widest and it's a tad bit too wide for smaller keyboards sometimes Lumbar support is sufficient Can't beat the value in this chair. Better than fancier chairs at 3-5x cost

Mesh sags/tears

I'm well under the weight limit listed for the chair. From Day 1 the mesh was saggy enough that I was hitting the frame when I sat down. Just enough to be annoying but not a deal-breaker. After about a year the mesh just started ripping out of the frame. I'm basically sitting on the frame now. If you buy this chair - save your receipt and get the protection plan. That actually worked surprisingly well.
