The assembly is easy for most parts. The head rest is a little tricky. When finished the seat is really comfortable. Ergonomically. But pay attention to one common thing of this kind of chairs the plastic is hard it could form some hard edges on the seat and hard support on the side of the head rest.

As soon as I sat in this chair I felt a huge amount of relief. Everything about it is perfect. Even the knob underneath loosens the tension of the back recline feature.
