after 4 days the lock upright position was sloppy and wobbly. Chair seat was uncomfy after 20 minutes or so and plastic edges around seat mesh curve up and poke you unless you are exactly centered in the seat. I give full credit to staples however for standing behind in and taking a return. I bought something else due to their willingness to oblige me as a customer. Defiantly designed for the petite and small frame stature person.

I purchased this chair to replace an existing office chair for my home office. I wanted something that offered comfort and flexibility. This chair met all my expectations. I especially love the larger chair cushion and roomy feel. Most chairs are narrow and the arm rests dig into my side but not this one--and I can adjust the height of them which is perfect for any position I opt to sit. The headrest is perfect for when I need to rest my eyes from the computer screen. Overall its just a great chair and I highly recommend it.
