I have had 3 of these chairs over the years. They are so comfortable! I have sciatica and the mesh seat really helps with that. The main issue with this chair is that after about a year the hydraulic lift will push through the plastic base crack it and no longer go up and down.

Assembling with the included hex key required no more than 30 minutes. Assembly instructions & packaging were perfect. Comfortable chair. Lots of flexibility. Would highly recommend and would re-purchase.

The chair is ok for the price but the back is not adjustable enough it is either lose or fixed in upright which might not fit your back the headrest is too loose to be used you can make it higher or lower but can't fix it backwards or forward. I returned and will see if the hyken if a better fit for me.
