After assembling it I sat down to adjust the height to my preference. Put my hands on the arm rests to stand up and one of them broke off.

I am really happy with the chair. My old one was horrible to sit in all day. I work at a desk in an office sitting for 7 hours and a comfortable chair is a must. Now I like to sit more upright and with lumbar support. I get that with this and being able to move the lumbar support to fit my body was PERFECT. Although it took me several days working with height lumbar and such to get the perfect positions but this chair allows for that type of customization. I put it together myself in about 20 minutes or so and was sporting a new chair. Super easy directions were super simple. Although putting in the casters was a pain but I had something here to help me hit them in. Maybe a small hammer would have been ideal. After sitting in it for a few days now and when my back is tired I just sit back and the pressure is relieved. I at first was skeptical of a mesh chair as I have always had leather or cloth types. I truly like the mesh better now.

The only thing to improve would be the headrest; a vertical adjustment feature that goes a little higher (I'm 6' 2") would be a help. Otherwise great chair easy assembly! Wish it was made in the USA.
