The hydroloc cartridge that keeps the chair extended doesn’t work well.

Very comfortable seat. Sit here for hours to forget I’m even on a chair. Feels like I’m on a cloud floating in the air

Seems like a great chair so far. The directions to put together were incredibly clear and accurate - one of the best experiences I've ever had with an assemble-yourself item

Great chair for the price. My husband had a chair 4x the price in the past but this is the best value for the money and eases his back pain. Also a quick pickup process with helpful employees!

Easy to put together and sturdy like the fact that its mesh strong and without future problems of the cats scratching the leather.

Comfortable chair and seems to offer good ergonomic support so far. I have been able to sit on it for several hours at a time while working my desk job from home. It was pretty easy to assemble as well. It's also a great size for me (6' tall 190lbs). The mesh texture is somewhat abrasive on bare skin though (i.e. if I sit with my foot under me or wear shorts) and the head rest so far has been unnecessary.
