The biggest problem with this chair is that even in the upright and locked position at the desk the seatback has too much lean back so you're too far away from the desk. Initially I thought it was the locking mechanism but when its unlocked it goes all the way back like its laying down. I would return this but the window for the return ended two days ago.

This was easy to set up. It's comfortable and looks good. Last 2 chairs were executive-style faux leather chairs which didn't hold up well: leather peeled off and armrest got flat and peeled. Time will tell if this how this one holds up.

I wanted to get an ergonomic chair with adjustable arm rest and is not too bulky at a reasonable price. This chair fits the bill! Plus I like this tilt type where back tilts more than the seat. I rarely use headrest but it's comfortable.
