I was very impressed with the packaging and ease of assembly. It took some effort to secure the casters into the holes. Otherwise the assembly was manageable. It is very comfortable as I have back and neck issues I want to correct. This chair will help proper posture when I work from home. Also the price was great with the sale which makes this quality chair an excellent value.

The chair it self is great the assembly was a bit of a chore. The tilt knob doesn't get it to tilt very easily. Tilt is very stiff. Maybe over time it will loosen up?

The hardest part was getting the wheels into the base. Customer Service at Union & Scale was great. Push the wheels into the base it won't break.
