I bought two different chairs at another retailer few weeks ago and returned both chairs. This chair that I got from Staples was the 3rd chair I tried. I just had a major surgery last October so I am kind of picky to find the right chair. So far I like this chair and just bought one more.

the plastic holding the wheels and piston cracked/split after 3 years of moderate use with a person weighting 165 lbs I would not recommend this chair.
