The build quality is nice. The arms are sturdy and the mesh is comfortable...at first. A huge flaw with this chair is the locking mechanism for reclining. It can either be titled back(140 degrees) or tilted back EXTRA far (160 degrees). There is no way to lock the position upright (90 - 110 degrees). If the chair was able to be locked in a normal position it would be perfect. It was bothersome enough return the chair.

It was difficult to find an office chair with a mesh seat that was worth buying but this one seems to be close to what we wanted. It seems comfortable for long hours in front of a computer. The headrest is not ideal for a short person but it can be removed. I would recommend it as a good value.

I have had the chair for 2 months so far and I have loved it....but the chair is starting to creep down when I sit on it. I keep it at the highest level but sometimes it goes down right away and I can actually feel it drop as I sit. I called product support and they were very pleasant to talk to and they are sending me a replacement cylinder. I am under 200lbs so my weight is not an issue. The support person I talked to said they do have issues with the cylinder in those chairs. My rating for actual seat comfort is a 5 but the annoyance of constantly having to raise my seat is a 0.
