So I really wanted to love this chair. I did. And I like it but certainly don't love it. Had I been able to shop in the store and have gotten to sit in the chair I would not have purchased it. The rocking back and forth (right to left) of the seat is annoying. The rigidity of the back: it is either way too loose (to let you lay back way too far) or it requires a 90 degree angle. Neither option is comfortable. Now I can sit on the seat for hours and hours without pain. So the mesh and support of the seat is nice.

The chair in my office is a herman miller aeron mesh chair which is very comfortable. I would say that this chair is very comparable to it this might even be better. The flexfit material is almost like the same mesh material as my chair in the office its cool comfortable and you will not slide around on the seat. The dexley is also affordable. and easy to justify buying for home use. It is easy to assemble. It has a tall back and has a head rest. The handrests adjust easily and smoothly. The casters also rolls smoothly on my vinyl floor. The other features that works well is the pneumatic hieght adjustment and the tensioner that adjusts how stiff the lean of the back is. This is a really good chair.

Assembling with the included hex key required no more than 30 minutes. Assembly instructions & packaging were perfect. Comfortable chair. Lots of flexibility. Would highly recommend and would re-purchase.

I like the design of the chair and the mesh surfaces help to keep you cool but I find the mesh seat isn't all that comfortable for me - it has a bit of the "hammock" effect side-to-side so the edges are higher than the middle. This puts pressure on my hip sockets which gets uncomfortable after a while. I have kind of wide hips so this might not be a problem for someone else but it makes it so I have to sit on a pillow to relieve the hip pressure which is disappointing for a new chair (and erases the benefit of having mesh fabric on the seat.
