I have lowered the arm rests as much as I can but they are still too high. There is room for them to go down more but the lever doesn't allow it. Other than that it is very nice.

After working remotely for six months I realized I needed something more comfortable than a kitchen chair. This is ideal. It is cushioned and a little bouncy so sitting is softer. The back tilts so I can lean back. The height is adjustable so I can now work "down" to the table instead of reaching up. I also like how it rotates making it easier to push away from the table. This is more expensive than some chairs but the extra money is worth it.
