I still had to youtube a video to put it together. The casters did not just pop in but required an exact angle and a bit of force. But now that it's done the chair is comfortable. Since it was on sale it was a good price as well.

CHAIR KEEPS RISING BY ITSELF

I normally don’t write reviews but this is driving me crazy! Typically there’s a set screw to adjust the cylinder but this model doesn’t have one. So when I lower it slightly it’ll raise back up overnight! So annoying!

The Hyken is not for big or tall people. Over 5"9-"10 you wont fit. It has the most uncomfortable (painful) mesh seat. The foam pad at the front cuts into you legs and the mesh creates stress points on your backside. On the other hand the synchro-tilt mesh back and lumbar is great It's the only reason i gave it 2 stars. But the seat was a deal breaker. if they replaced the mesh seat it'd be worth it.

I purchased this chair to replace an executive chair for the home office setup. I was looking for something with head/neck support along with lumbar support which this chair hit both points. The last chair was leather and during hot or cold days could be a problem if the temperature was not right so I like the mesh chair as that is a non-factor. It was easy to assemble and in less than 20 minutes I had it set up and in use. I got this during the sale price so it was well worth it but as the higher price was above my price range. However with the warranty support behind this it is definitely a chair to consider even at full price.
