The chair is excellent.....best I've every had. It's so much better for my aching back and the headrest is a nice touch to relax the neck muscles on and off throughout the day. The sales rep is super....helped me find a better price on line than what was in the store.

This fit is generous - giving room for desk work without the arms getting in the way. Great support and seems well made. Doesn’t rock easily though that feature may relax in time.

This is a very well made chair that's easy to put together. But...I found the seat (not the back) to be uncomfortable. My suggestion would be to go to a Staples and sit in it before you buy. My solution was to use part of my old chair which has cushion rather than mesh and for me that did the trick. I now love my "hybrid" chair.

Overall a pretty decent chair especially for the price but over time the mesh on the seat started to sag and doesn't provide quite the same support as it did new.

After 1 year whenever the chair is sat in it squeaks horrendously loud and is unusable. Will adjust review if support can help fix. Otherwise I already need to get rid of it after 1 year.
