Mesh sags/tears

I'm well under the weight limit listed for the chair. From Day 1 the mesh was saggy enough that I was hitting the frame when I sat down. Just enough to be annoying but not a deal-breaker. After about a year the mesh just started ripping out of the frame. I'm basically sitting on the frame now. If you buy this chair - save your receipt and get the protection plan. That actually worked surprisingly well.
