I had been looking for a comfortable desk chair that could accommodate my 8-hour day. Someone spoke to me about the ergonomic features and the chairs and I decided to buy this model from Staples. It has been a very awesome purchase. The chair is very comfortable it accommodates the body in all the right places for a comfortable 8-hour day at the computer. It has lumbar support and a very comfortable headrest. Would highly recommend it.

Have had chair for over a week. Find it comfortable and provides good lumbar support. Takes time to put together about 1 1/2 hrs. Would be easier with two people.

I needed to replace my office chair; I guess all the time at home due to the pandemic wore out the old one faster than i anticipated! I was looking for an ergonomic chair (I have a bad back) and this one was well-rated. My only complaint thus far is that it can't be locked to allow reclining by simply pushing back on the chair. One must pull out the lever below the chair each time it locks in the upright position (which is every time one isn't reclining). Otherwise I think it will be a winner!

I worried if this chair would be as comfortable as described in some of the reviews but it was more than I expected. I am at my desk all day and my old chair was killing my back. This chair is absolutely great for the price I paid! I should have bought two for this price.
