You cannot lock the back support at an angle. It's either fully upright or unlocked. That's a big limitation.

The assembly was easy although I would suggest putting the headrest together with the back first then attach to the seat. It is very wide chair with plenty of seat area to move around.

All in all it is great. I wish the arms could go lower as it limits how high you can adjust the seat while fitting under a desk.

We ordered this desk chair recently (Jan. 2021) and it came within days. We opened the box and were impressed with the detailed packaging and instructions. For example all steps had a separate plastic packet with appropriate color-coded screws for each. Each section of the chair was labeled and clearly connected to the illustrated printed instructions. My fears with the prospects a complicated assembly were quickly overcome. Once complete the chair was sturdy and functional just how we had experienced with the demo at the Staples showroom. I would highly recommend this desk chair as a great addition to your home office.

Easy chair to set up clear and concise instructions all parts labelled well and feel like they are of good quality. Chair itself is plenty big for me and I am 300lbs 6'. The adjustment is decent and mesh is breathable. The mesh is a little harsh on bare skin but I also think it might be a little better once the chair wears in a bit more 9/10 so far! The only thing I would change is more adjustments - This is my work from home chair and my Aeron at work is still better but it is also $1100 more expensive
