So far so good. Price was good (it was on sale for $149). Delivery was prompt. Assembly was easy - the only tool needed (an allen wrench) came with the chair. And the chair seems comfortable in the early going. But I haven't spent an 8-hour day in the chair yet. So I may have more to say on comfort later. But so far all of the advertised functions of the chair are operating as promised.

They easily ruined my black Friday purchase with sending a used one. Found scratched around the screws and totally unprofessional packaging. Have somebody repack your used stuff to look like a new one staple!

I found the lumbar support to be extremely comfortable and my only complaint is that that gas cylinder keeping the height up is somewhat weak. I am 240# and after 3-4 months the cylinder slowly lowers. If you are a bigger person I recommend the warranty addon to give you three years of service
