I weight 220 and I'm 5'7 and this chair meets my needs. The only thing I subtract 1 star is that some of the plastic material was a bit scuffed or had some weird scratches. I got the chair for a good deal so I'm keeping it.

Delivery was fast and it arrived in good shape. Directions to assemble were easy to follow. Assembly goes fast if you have an electric tool set with hex heads. The included hex key was a nice addition but it would have taken forever. The mesh seat and seatback are very comfortable and are as comfortable as the pricier chairs I've used over the years. Includes a headrest while some competitors would charge for that extra piece. The rollers are smooth and seem solid and the chair is fully adjustable with the exception of the lumbar support. That only moves up or down not in and out. Regardless plenty of lumbar support for most people. Definitely recommend this chair.

The chair is quite comfortable. It also feels sturdy and strong. Definitely worth recommending however it is worth noting that there was outgassing of some chemical smell that caused a bit of difficulty for a few days. I wonder why they use such chemicals in the first place. It probably came from the foam material. The smell is gone now.

Like many I tried a couple of chairs before deciding on the Dexley and ultimately did not like it but note my opinions reflect my experience as everyone's needs & body types are different. I'm 5'10 and 180lbs the chair is comfortable and supportive though I found the headrest a little low. What got me was sitting long-term with the mesh did not agree with me - especially if you're wearing shorts and a t-shirt sitting back I experienced some discomfort after 2-3 hours. Staples has a great return policy and excellent customer service; this chair is not for me but does not mean it's a bad chair. I enjoyed the back support and the value!

We purchased and received this chair in May of 2023 and in February of 2024 the mechanism that lets it go up and down cracked and broke and doesn't work anymore
