The chair was comfortable until it wasn’t. The mesh didn’t feel like it was supporting me any more and I sat in it for a week. The lumbar support was really uncomfortable and not easy on the back. I ended up returning the chair

nice chair but it wasn't as comfortable as I thought it would be for my back. I've had lots of back issues and need the support but it's almost too hard for my back. As far as construction and durability it's good and I like you can take the headrest off.

Cylinder started leaking oil after 30 days moderate \less use and do not hold the height. I have received the replacement cylinder but it does also have same problem.

5 Stars! This is the most comfortable and supportive office chair I’ve ever had! Well packed for shipping and really easy assembly. Long days of working from home were taking their toll but now I am sitting pretty thanks to this Union & Scale chair! Highly recommend.
