I have had this chair only since December and the hydraulics are already messed up it wont stay up when raised and the back rest and lumbar support are really loose and that part came preassembled. To say I am frustrated would be an understatement.

After having a sciatic issue this chair has been a life saver. I was also afraid that I would miss the delivery since my office is nestled in a complex that still has its doors locked due to covid. I was so happy when the driver called mid day and I was able to guide them into my office building. My boss put my chair together in no time. Thank you Staples for coming through for me!

Too much wobble and not enough adjustability for me

I need a tiltable seat to angle the front edge down and this doesn't have it. Found the mesh seat to be too hard for more than 5 hours a day. Lumber support was not comfortable nor reached the right place on my back. One con for me was the wobble in the locked upright. There was about 4-5" of back rest travel before it hit the lock and should in my opinion be a solid locked back with no wobble at all. I'm 5'9" and 230 lbs. Had to return the chair unfortunately. Otherwise it felt it was well made for the price.

Chair was fine for a few months my main problem when it wasn't broken was how you could not lock the chair in an upright position it forces you to lean. But it got much worse when the chair broke through the wheel frame and slammed into my hardware floor. Multiple parts of the chair were broken and when trying to move it out of my office it leaked oil everywhere. Can't believe I paid this much for it and it broke this soon. I only weigh 220 lbs and it's used in a home office doesn't get sat in much yet it broke so soon. If you want this chair the warranty is a must. You will regret not getting a multi-year warranty.

Different feel from a traditional cushion chair.

I really like the contemporary look and firm feel from the FlexFit mesh chair. The lumbar support is a huge plus as many more expensive chairs don’t offer this feature. I also like the headrest as it is higher than most which is great for those 5’10” to about 6’2”. I would recommend buying the roller blade style of wheels as the cheap ones included with the chair keep it from rolling smoothly. Otherwise I really like it so far.

While working at home during this pandemic we finally surrendered the dining room chair for a real office chair. This was the ticket. It’s perfect in everyday. Comfortable easy to assemble easy to adjust for comfort level. We loved this chair so much - we bought 2 more. If your buns need something nice while working from home look no further.
