Everything is there except it doesn't has ability to tilt forward. The only locking position leans too much backward.

Chair is great. I bought it on sale and it was delivered within a day. The set up was super easy with great picture illustrations. I love how the screws are color coordinated. The chair is comfortable enough. My only gripe is that The head rest is low for my 6 ft frame.

Finally a mesh chair big enough for big people. I am 6'2" 250lbs so don't fit into your typical task chair. When I saw this one with a wider "stance" and 275 pound capacity I decided to bite and I am glad I did. So far I love it and hope that it will last for years to come. I work from home and spend at least 10 hours a day in this chair so it has to be a good one! I highly recommend the Dexley Mesh Task Chair especially if you are on the taller and/or heavier end of the spectrum.

This chair is very comfortable I especially love the head rest and the fact it breaths as a gamer that is very important. It has a good height range adjustment too. I just wish I could make the back rest lock into the angle I find most comfortable.

This chair is wonderful! So comfortable and I absolutely love the headrest. The delivery was super-fast and it took all of 15 minutes to put together alone. My daughter loved it so much that she purchased the blue color. So happy with my purchase!
