I really like this chair. It was fairly easy to put together. My old chair activated my sciatica after an hour of sitting and this chair doesn't. Lots of hours working from home these days. Seems like it could last a long time.
I’ve had this chair for several days now it was easy to put together. Took less than 30 minutes for me. It is comfortable and adjustable easily. I like the mesh fabric keeps me cool during the day. The arms are perfect tight and also adjustable. I do not use the neck rest very often but appears to be at the right height You can push back on the back rest and it leans back and when you lean up and comes back the place. The only adjustment is for up and down that you need the lever for. And the arms of course have a lever to adjust them as well Overall it is a great purchase
After less than a year of use the base of the chair has cracked causing the center of the chair to plummet to the ground meaning you cannot roll with the wheels at all and the chair has a constant wobble with its new 6th leg being slightly longer than the others. Another problem I had almost immediately is there is virtually no back to the chair. The back of the chair is there and it is tall but you can not lean on it at all. Even in the locked position it reclines a good 20 degrees or so. It doesn't sound like much but I wish it had some form of support.
