At the tilt-lock position the chair back leans entirely too far back and exacerbates my back pain. If you like to sit up and have good ergonomic back support look elsewhere.

I cannot believe what an incredible chair this is to have at my desk. Now I sit up straight with my back totally supported and my shoulders are back instead of my being hunched over. My feet are flat on the floor and my knees are not stressed. Perfect chair for working at my computer and I feel great. Thank you Staples :-)

Having an Aeron chair a couple of firms ago spoiled me for this type of chair. That said I did not want to spend $500+ for the Herman Miller. Read all reviews and watched several videos of the Dexley prior to purchase. Could not be happier with the new chair. Extremely comfortable with right amounts of tension and also give where needed. I do not like leather bonded leather or feaux leather as over time every single one of them starts falling apart... The mesh is the much better way to go. Have sat in Dexley for 8+ hour workdays the past week and no problems at all with strain or fatigue. Very adjustable... Maybe not quite as much as the Aeron but still great to find the right position. Great chair you won't be disappointed!

This is the best office chair I've ever owned and I've owned several. The mesh allows the air to flow through so that you don't get a sticky or cold bottom. The arms are of a type of rubber so they kind of give with you movements. The wheels are ever so neat - glide almost. It has a lumbar section and a head rest. WHAT MORE COULD YOUR ASK FOR IN AN OFFICE CHAIR - IT'S PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one great chair. Recommended by my daughter. His chair is very comfortable and keeps my body cool because of the mesh. Way better than the padded chairs. Wish I had this chair all along. Easy to assemble and would highly recommend.

I'm 6 2 around 130lb. The chair is pretty comfortable and I like the head support. What I don't like is the tilt lock. It only locks at up straight location but not when tilted. Also I wish I could adjust the depth of back with the bolts in the bottom.

I like everything about this chair except the bottom of the chair (seat portion) is very firm and stiff and can become uncomfortable. I am hoping that the seat will become softer with time since the chair is still new.
