It’s been less than 1 year and the mesh around the seat started ripping apart making it uncomfortable and basically sitting on a metal board. My experience throughout the 8 months has been great to say the least which is why I gave it 2 stars. It’s just a shame that I couldn’t have even 1 year of happiness with this chair.....ill be contacting the manufacturer for its 7yr warranty and see how that goes.....

The hydraulic lift handle bumped my desk causing the chair to suddenly drop all the way down and split the chair leg hole where the hydraulic cylinder rests. The handle paddle also broke in half when it hit something on the way down.

You can sit I. This chair is good for 2-3 hrs but for longer hours as advised need some foam to be added at the lower seat for comfort

I've had the chair for more than a week now and I'm super happy with the purchase. The mesh is soft and comfortable maybe even supple. I appreciate the lumbar support and like the headrest more than I thought I would when buying. There's also good support underneath the legs and the angle of the seat bottom is great
